담당업무

Mass Media Fundraising including Direct-Response TV (DRTV)
- Plan and achieve private sector fundraising program's objectives through various mass media including TV and other media.
- Liaise with the UNHCR's global partners/agencies and local partners / agencies for media buying and call centre management on a daily basis.
- Search, cultivate and implement fundraising activities through executing various media products such as multi-channel, TV sponsorship, Product Placement Advertisement (PPL), cinema ads, or/and any other types of collaboration with (cable) TV stations to maximize target audience reach and raise funds.
- Play a focal point role in implementing a large scale fundraising/awareness raising telethon campaign(s), which will invlove close coordiation with various actors including PI/External Relations colleagues, celebrity(ies), TV broadcaster(s), and UNHCR field staff to accompany with filming mission(s) for the purpose of implementing and promoting campaign(s).
- Plan and deliver various test programs to enhance average gift amount or one-off TV donor conversion rate, etc.
- Monitor and manage free advertising spaces for fundraising purposes, wherever possible.

Emergency Fundraising
- Regularly manage all the information about UNHCR's major emergency operations received from HQ and disseminate to PSFR staff in systematic manner.
- Using all the information received from HQ and fields, update the emergency fundraising sections of the UNHCR Korean language website on a regular basis, and constantly develop and improve the ways to provide the information to donors.
- Monitor local media news related to UNHCR involved emergencies and also other charity organizations' practices for emergency fundraising and responses, and report to the supervisor.
- Assist to develop the Emergency Fundraising Standard Operations Plan (SOP) for UNHCR PSFR Korea and to implement and improve further.
- Assist to plan, coordinate, communicate and implement Emergency fundraising programmes identified by the Global PSFR Emergency Coordination Team to mobilize funds and increase UNHCR brand awareness.
- Assist to build a media contact list, dialogue with media and disseminate emergency fundraising campaigns to raise the public awareness of an emergency and to raise funds.
- Assist to plan and engage new supporters through emergency fundraising programmes.
- Assist to plan and deliver emergency one-off donor conversion programs into regular loyal UNHCR donors.

Fundraising Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Provide a performance analysis report per week on DRTV/Multi-channel media and Emergency fundraising to the supervisor.
- Search and implement improved analytic tools such as TV Squared / Google Analytics to measure DRTV fundraising results and attribution online to DRTV.
- Plan and provide user-friendly and data trackable website/mobile through UI/UX (User Identity/User Experience) test and pioneering new technologies.
- Cooperate with other PSFR Digital/Communication staff to develop and implement digital fundraising in a more integrated way.

Partnership/Agency Management
- Manage mass media(mainly Direct-Response TV) advertising/media agencies and work with web/media agencies or IT experts to execute mass media fundraising marketing programmes.
- Build and maintain the relationship with various partners, including media, TV program producers and reporters in order to promote fundraising campaigns to the target audience and/or produce TV content when needed.

Authority (decisions made in executing responsibilities and to achieve results)

- Direct Mass Media Fundraising Marketing Programmes and Emergency Fundraising programs.
- Assist its supervisor to develop the Annual Digital Plan and to implement the budget according to the plan.
- Liaise with outsourced vendors and other related partners on behalf of UNHCR.


자격요건
학력 : 고졸이상
경력 : 경력5년이상

- Completion of secondary or high school education with post-secondary certificate/ training in Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Private Sector Fundraising or in relevant areas with a minimum exposure to the international environment; minimum 2 years of work experience if university degree holder.
- Knowledge of the Korean media, mass media environment and the fundraising operations.
- Proven skills in writing, translation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Korean and English languages (both written and spoken).
- Strong project management skills including planning and time management.
