Democratic Retreat Appeal(?)

 

It's hard to start from the title
Declaration to do? Do in writing? Or
The appeal must be in one?

 

I feel stuffy feeling today

Because
World in unprecedented media crackdown is going on in Korea.

The report did not quiet retreat of democracy, Think you leave???

 

At least I know I can learn the NGO study..

The citizens must wake up now is the time to act.

If you do not act all going to die!!!!!!!!

So I will fight to act.

If there is no freedom of speech, democratic protest in the 1980s and again repeat that I fear is.

But..

Yet the opportunity is enough to change.

Of course, because of the uniqueness of Korea.

NGO and NPO, CSO definition is difficult and complex reality.

The concepts and definitions yet clearly established, even in this situation should not

주) 1. NGO(Non-Government Organization) : 정부기관이나 관련단체(공사, 정부기금 출자회사, 정부출자 단체)가 아닌 순수한 민간 조직을 모두 일컫는 말로 비정부기구 또는 비정부단체라 한다. 그러나 문자 그대로의 뜻을 가지면, 기업과 같은 영리단체들도 NGO에 속한다고 할 수 있기 때문에 세분화된 구분이 필요했다. 물론, 지금의 NGO라고 하면, ‘시민사회 내에서 비영리를 목적으로 다양한 조직들의 모임’ 이라는 인식이 뿌리를 내리고 있긴 하지만 말이다.

 

2) CSO(Civil societ Organization) : 비정부기구(NGO)과 비영리조직(NPO)이라는 규정들이 정부와 시장에 대비되는 소극적 규정이기 때문에, 보다 적극적으로 시민사회 조직이라는 의미의 (CSO, Civil Society Organizations)를 사용하기도 한다.

 

3) NPO(Non-Profit organization) : NGO를 '비정부기구'라고만 생각하면, 기업과 같은 영리단체들도 NGO에 속한다고 할 수 있기 때문에 이런 혼란을 피하기 위해 NPO(Non-Profit Organizations), 즉 '비영리조직'이라는 개념을 가져왔다. 민간 비영리 단체(Non-Profit Organization)의 약자인 NPO는 영리를 목적으로 하지 않고 사회 각 분야에서 자발적으로 활동하는 각종 시민단체를 의미한다. 비영리 부분에는 시민단체 뿐만 아니라 다양한 사회서비스기관, 공익재단, 학교와 비영리 의료법인, 학술 및 전문가 단체, 각종 종교기관, 노동조합과 사업자단체, 동창회와 그 외의 임의단체 등이 모두 포함된다.
